How do I pay?

We prefer direct credit.  We also accept EFTPOS/Credit Card (charges apply). We also accept Cash, Bank Deposit or Credit Card.

 
What initial payment is required?

A one month Storage Fee is required in advance. Deposit refundable at end of term. An $11 Administration Fee is also payable (only charged once on completion of agreement).

 
What items can I store?

You can store practically anything in your container, however there are a few items that are prohibited.  These include: Food or perishable items; Illegal/stolen goods; Combustibles (liquids that are flammable and chemicals)

 
Do I need to supply my own padlock?

Yes. You can purchase direct from us or you can source your own. Each tenant is responsible to have a lock prior to storing items.

 
Do I have to sign an agreement before I move my items in?

Yes. You do need to sign an agreement before moving any items into the storage container.

 
How do I vacate the storage container?

Vacating is easy - all you need to do is just empty your unit and let us know. As a courtesy, we ask that you give at least seven (7) days notice when you wish to vacate.

 
If we run out of space, what options do we have?

You can take another unit under your name or you can transfer your items into a larger unit. For every new unit, you will need to sign a new storage agreement.

 
How long can I rent the storage unit for?

You can rent our storage units for 1 month to over a year.

 
Can I pay per week?

The minimum storage period is one month, however it may be possible to pay per week. Conditions may apply.

 
Why do I need to sign a storage agreement?

The storage agreement sets out the rights and obligations of each party and the terms and conditions between the storage operator and the renter.

 
Do you have trolleys available for customer's use?

Yes, we have luggage trolleys available.

 
When should I book my storage unit?

We advise you to contact us when you know your moving date so we can determine the size required and the availability of those units. We can reserve a unit for up to two weeks depending on availability.

 
If I move out earlier than advised, will I be eligible for a refund?

If sufficient notice has been given, a pro-rata refund will apply.

 
Are the units weatherproof?

Yes. Our storage units are brand new.

 
Is the site secure?

Yes. We have 24 hour CCTV surveillance within a security gated and security lighting complex.

 
Can I store my car or my boat in a unit?

Yes. Depending on height and size.

 
Do I need to supply my own insurance?

Yes. You are responsible for insuring your own unit contents.
